The South Carolina Safe Home program provides grant money to qualifying homeowners to be applied towards improving the wind resistance of their home in the event of a hurricane. This is an income based program and qualifying homeowners could be awarded funds toward roof replacement, window replacement, reinforcement of gable ends, pier replacement in manufactured homes, and more. You must own your stick built, modular, or manufactured home.

This program is managed by the South Carolina Department of Insurance. They are accepting a limited number of applications. Apply Here!

MSC Construction, LLC is a Safe Home Program inspector and contractor. There is a $150 inspection fee to be paid up front by the homeowner. We offer a 10% fee discount to military and first responders.
